Happy Birthday "Shout Out" to Robyn

We can't believe that our baby girl is 27 years old today! Robyn was born on a Friday and weighed a whopping 5lb. 15 oz. She was due on August 4th, but decided to make her appearance a few days early. As it turns out, this has been a pattern her whole life.
She has always been adventurous. When she was a small girl, she told me that her favorite color was green. When I asked her why, she responded, "because green means GO!" It is no surprise that Joe, the love of her life, is adventurous and fun too.

She's always on the go. She loves to travel and see new places. She loves people, and people love her back. She makes friends easily and can say that she has friends all around the world. She keeps life interesting and sometimes gets herself into situations that seem impossible, but she always lands on her feet and keeps right on going.

The newest man in her life is very time consuming, but she loves every minute spent taking care of her little Parker. She is a beautiful, fun girl, and we are so glad she is a part of our family! We are just enjoying the ride along with her! We love you Robyn!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

Life as the middle child must have been grand! I can't believe my baby sister is 27!

Grand?!?!?! I had a complex about BEING the middle child forever! I never got to be the "special" one because I had siblings on both sides! Just kidding...you really always have tried so hard to make all of us feel special and important. Plus, you ALWAYS try (even when you're MILES away) to make my birthday special. Thanks, mom! Love you!

I'm glad you chose to use that picture of Robyn and Parker in the "magical" light of that California sunset on the beach!

I really am glad to see that Robyn is "REALLY GRAND" and loves being the middle child. She has always been on the go and these blogs make each one of you feel special and that is what it's really about. I think you will always be California people even though you have been transplanted somewhere else.

Sister Johnson, I mean Diane, we miss you too! I can't believe that you are so far away! I am so glad you have a blog too! Now I can see what you are all up to out there in the backwoods of TN. Actually, I grew up in Indiana, so we get back to the midwest every so often. We'll have to go south to visit you! Hope you are all well. I'll check in often and feel free to do the same!
